How does monthly billing work?

All plans are billed monthly, per user, with a 10-user minimum. Pricing is fixed and eligibility-based—no discounts or hidden fees.

Can I switch or cancel plans?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Plan changes between Core and Elite take effect at your next billing cycle.

Are there user minimums or limits?

Plans are for teams of 10–50 users. We’re not a fit for smaller groups or those needing custom support.

What about extra or special requests?

Onboarding, after-hours work, projects, and non-standard setups are quoted separately. We’ll always outline what’s included.
