When you submit our contact form or request a Security Snapshot, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and company name. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site beyond standard, privacy-respecting analytics.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and deliver the services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you become a NexJen client, we may access your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant, devices, and related systems as described in our Master Service Agreement, solely to deliver the managed IT services you've engaged us for. That relationship is governed by your signed agreement, not this website policy.
We retain contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a client relationship. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
You can ask us to delete information you've submitted through this site at any time by emailing sales@nexjenit.com.
