Microsoft 365 consulting questions
Can you help with a one-time Microsoft 365 project?
Yes. Our consulting engagements are fixed-scope, one-time projects with no long-term contract. You get written findings and a prioritized roadmap. If you then want help carrying out the work, we quote that separately as a fixed-fee project.
Do you work alongside our existing IT provider?
Yes. Consulting is advisory and starts with a read-only review, so it doesn’t interfere with your current provider. Many businesses share our written roadmap with their existing IT team to act on.
Can you help with a SharePoint migration?
Yes. Our SharePoint Online engagement reviews your current sites, permissions and file structure and produces a redesign and migration plan. Moving the files themselves, for example from a file server or another cloud service, is quoted as a separate fixed-fee project.
Do you offer Microsoft 365 assessments?
Yes. The Microsoft 365 Assessment and Optimization is a tenant-wide health check covering licensing, identity, email, SharePoint, Teams, devices and security. It is the best starting point if you are not sure what you need.
How much does Microsoft 365 consulting cost?
Each engagement has a fixed fee based on your tenant size, current state and scope. You get the price in writing before any work starts, so there are no hourly surprises.
Will a security assessment help with our cyber insurance questionnaire?
It often does. Our Security Posture and Compliance Assessment benchmarks your tenant against the CIS Benchmark and Microsoft Secure Score and gives you a written report you can use for insurance and vendor questionnaires. It maps your gaps; it is not a certification or a formal audit.
Do you make changes to our Microsoft 365 tenant during consulting?
No. Consulting engagements are advisory and use read-only access. Any changes happen only in a separately agreed implementation project.
